About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team at RTX. As a Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced professionals to develop and implement business strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business analytics, including spares and MRO, to inform business decisions
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to win airline pursuits
  • Gain knowledge of the commercial aerospace industry and our new business and regional business strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. You will also need to be a U.S. Person, as defined by RTX.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of data analytics
  • Passion for the aerospace industry
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PPT, and Word
