We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Intake Specialist to join our team at the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable client experiences and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch telephone support to clients, conveying confidence and setting the tone for their interactions with our firm.
  • Show empathy and understanding to clients during their difficult times, putting them at ease and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling with precision, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our team.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and resolve client inquiries.
  • Stay organized and focused, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office and database entry to maintain accurate records and support our team's efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to switch gears quickly and think on your feet, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
