In the role of Lead Project Manager for Enterprise Solutions, you will engage directly in various integration initiatives that bolster cross-departmental teams for the organization’s daily functions.

The successful candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in both Salesforce and Netsuite platforms, with the capability to enhance and direct integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) related initiatives, including new deployments, enhancements, integrations, and specialized projects.
Collaborate with diverse departments and stakeholders to collect requirements and tailor the ERP system to fulfill business objectives.
Translate operational business needs into effective IT solutions and/or software application implementations.
Ensure projects meet desired scope, timelines, and quality standards consistent with company benchmarks.
Supervise regular updates, patches, and system improvements.

Exhibit a solid understanding of ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) systems, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and devise strategies for operational optimization.

Lead internal process enhancement initiatives, analyzing data, pinpointing issues, and executing a strategic plan.

Develop intricate project plans encompassing scope, budget, and schedule, and carry out tasks outlined in the project plan to achieve project objectives utilizing standard project management methodologies.

Collaborate with resource managers, business partners, and vendors to assemble a project team and maintain motivation to drive projects to successful completion.

Monitor the performance of the ERP system through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Supervisory Duties:
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new personnel.
Manage IT staff.
Oversee the daily operations of the department.
Provide constructive and timely performance assessments.
Offer training and support to users to enhance their proficiency with the ERP system.
Create documentation and training resources.

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
Experience in ERP and CRM system implementations, guiding through all phases of an implementation.
Familiarity with the NetSuite cloud platform, Salesforce system, integration processes, and data tools.
Strong background in Change Management, Business Process Mapping, and Project Management.
Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
A collaborative team player capable of effectively engaging with staff and management at all levels.
Proactively communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams to ensure project alignment.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to articulate complex concepts in business terms.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
Administrative knowledge of Netsuite.
Administrative knowledge of Salesforce.
Experience in system integration.
Strong project management capabilities.
Netsuite certification.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
