Innova Solutions is currently seeking a Cost Control Specialist to join our team.


As a Cost Control Specialist, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update standard costs within the financial system.
  • Monitor labor efficiency metrics and collaborate closely with operations to enhance performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production variances.
  • Ensure accuracy in warranty recharge processes.
  • Collect, input, track, and reconcile manufacturing costs, labor, and other expenditures.
  • Analyze cost variances to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Forecast and plan headcount requirements.
  • Assist in capital expenditure planning and justification.
  • Oversee monthly closeout processes, including general ledger balancing and reporting.
  • Audit, track, and manage the inventory cycle count program.


Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a University Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience in JDE, SAP, and HFM.
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • A commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.

Contract Type: 6-month contract


Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $41.
