Role and Responsibilities
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will begin with an existing book of business and have the opportunity to grow the business through your work and dedication. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting sales presentations, recommending products, closing sales, and using our Customer Care Sales Model. You will also be responsible for continuously prospecting for sales opportunities, collecting premiums from policyholders, and responding promptly to policyholder service requests.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need customer service experience, the ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door, and a valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage. You will also need a dependable vehicle for daily travel and the ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening. Additionally, you must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preparation and Training
We provide assistance and guidance to those who are preparing to sit for licensing exams. New agents complete a basic development program that includes self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork. On-the-job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning their profession.
