Project Manager - Learning and Development

Clarity Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a team of learning and development professionals in modernizing and upgrading an enterprise-wide equipment training program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling scope, schedule, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers, and QA/QC consultants.
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery.
  • Assist the program director in selecting designers and developers and resource loading each project's schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of training project management experience using Agile, SAM, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall project management method(s) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiar with MS Project is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry or a related field such as utilities, energy, or nuclear.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
