Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic sourcing initiatives and supporting multiple functions across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing cost containment strategies that drive productivity and profitability for the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Category Intelligence and Strategy Development: Develop and maintain category intelligence through extensive research and relationship building with key stakeholders, and create category strategies and business continuity plans for assigned categories.
  • Supplier Portfolio Management: Manage and develop the supplier portfolio in accordance with aligned strategies, considering performance, risk, and the need to maintain a competitive environment.
  • Commodity Market Tracking and Management: Track and manage all direct goods, cost drivers, and relevant commodity markets to ensure optimal pricing and supply chain efficiency.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and manage relationships with suppliers in accordance with Domino's specifications, service, and competitive prices.
  • Project Management: Lead and present new supplier/product initiatives to cross-functional teams and manage procurement-driven projects and cross-functional projects with enhanced procurement involvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing.
  • 3+ years' experience in procurement with emphasis in product/category management for the food service industry (or other applicable experience).
  • Understanding of global agricultural markets and managing the risk thereof a plus.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
