Job Opportunity

ConvenientMD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at our Belfast, Maine Urgent Care Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic while contributing to its long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
Requirements
  • Exceptional people management and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
  • Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communicator and cross-collaborator with strong relationships skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry, including medical billing systems and basic medical terminology.
  • Technically savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
