At ConvenientMD, we're committed to making good health more convenient for all. We're seeking a skilled Practice Manager to join our team at our Belfast, Maine Urgent Care Clinic.

About the Role

As a Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic. You'll oversee and optimize daily operations, lead the scheduling team, and ensure optimal utilization of resources and staff. You'll also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, optimize scheduling, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team to contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Partner with the District Director and corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional people management and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
  • Driven and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with strong relationships skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry, including medical billing systems and basic medical terminology.
  • Technically savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
