Job Description

As a Quantitative Analytics Manager at Bank of America, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior executives to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage data use inventory
  • Build and execute business initiatives and processes
  • Solve complex problems and deliver on business objectives
  • Engage with key stakeholders and partners to deliver on business objectives
  • Perform analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall experience with extensive knowledge of data ecosystems and managing and implementing new projects
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: data intelligence/analytics, data management, data governance, data supply chain, data quality management, and/or data architecture
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management and data concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop strategic objectives tied to business needs/goals
  • Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to drive outcomes
  • Innovative thinking
  • Ability to articulate and present to senior leadership
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders with credibility and impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Advanced expertise in all Microsoft Office tools and reading query languages in SQL, SAS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Data intelligence/analytics experience
  • Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning exposure, experience, or training
  • Python
