Executive Support Professional

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
- Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
- Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience supporting C-level executives (financial services preferred).
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Fieldglass, or Ariba is a bonus.
The estimated salary for this role is between $87,200 and $94,400 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek at $29-$32 per hour. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive results.
