The Sales and Reservations Coordinator is a key member of the Hotel Caza San Francisco team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and supporting the smooth operation of sales and reservations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Reservations Management: Enter reservations into the computer system according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the Central Reservations Office, Sales Department, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales and reservations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Reservations team, including data entry, correspondence, and inventory management.
- Group Services: Assist with group services, including booking and blocking rooms, creating group room resumes, and providing information to all departments.
- Meetings and Training: Attend meetings and training sessions as required by management, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
- Physical Demands: Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
The Sales and Reservations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
