Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate Tropical Smoothie Cafe's core values and lead by example in all interactions with crew members and customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards and that all crew members are trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits our cafe and ensure that every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Team Management: Train and coach crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld and that each team member is equipped to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory to ensure that our cafe is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with crew members.
  • Experience: Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member. Willing to train the right candidate.
  • Legally Able to Work: Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
Physical Requirements
  • Continuous Standing and Walking: Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
  • Bending, Lifting, and Carrying: Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
  • Face-to-Face Interactions: Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
