Job Description
The Shift Leader at PJ 5286 BROWARD BLVD is responsible for supervising shifts and work areas to ensure high-quality products and customer service are delivered. This role involves managing operations, executing company policies, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to guidelines, techniques, and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning. Perform assigned work station duties, such as making quality products, following product preparation procedures, and maintaining product holding times.
- Exemplify and exhibit the Core Values, maintain a positive attitude, work well with others, and be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ensure adequate shift coverage for the restaurant, provide immediate feedback, and correct problems when identified. Maintain product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards.
- Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System, executing cash management duties, and assisting in managing adequate inventory levels.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable form of transportation
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
