Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our Consumer & Community Banking team at JPMorgan Chase. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in software engineering, architecture, and design.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and containerization.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with testing automation and performance optimization.
