About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven High-Performance Sales Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell complex bundled offerings with guaranteed savings to high-potential customers at the C-level, promoting the JCI value proposition and providing solutions to business and financial challenges.
  • Build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships with key and target building owners, focusing on customer satisfaction and expanding offerings within accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress, increase business opportunity in accounts, and negotiate value, addressing resistance when demonstrated.
  • Act as a customer advocate in interactions with the JCI organization, ensuring customers obtain the best value from JCI offerings, and set appropriate customer expectations on product and service offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline required; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level, with excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels and travel 50% or more.
