We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Vuori, Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for forging connections with customers, communicating Vuori's brand values through insightful product knowledge, and creating an unforgettable customer experience. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an unforgettable customer experience by forging lasting relationships with customers, working with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, greeting customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner, preparing the fitting rooms, finding sizes, and providing honest knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
  • Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by achieving sales targets, seeking new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer, assisting in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience, and communicating inventory needs to support business goals.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening, collaborate with management in areas of inventory management, ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis - including floors and bathroom, understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash, assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives, and ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
Requirements
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearBenefits
