At HP Hood, we're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Sales Process Manager to join our team. As a key business partner to the sales organization, you'll work closely with the VP of Sales and other stakeholders to drive programs, execute business strategy, and lead sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives. You'll be responsible for analyzing and tracking expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements, as well as facilitating meetings and leading report-outs and tracking of key next steps.

As a Sales Process Manager at HP Hood, you'll have the opportunity to work on large, cross-functional projects and bring together diverse stakeholders to drive decision-making processes. You'll be expected to embrace a continuous improvement mindset and serve as the primary point of contact for Sales to troubleshoot and problem-solve challenges with internal functions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a BA/BS degree or minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in the CPG/Food Industry. You'll also require strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with advanced Excel and PPT skills being ideal.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
