Job Overview

NOW CFO is seeking an experienced FP&A Supervisor to oversee financial planning and analysis functions. This pivotal role involves managing financial budgeting and forecasting processes while collaborating with various departments to ensure financial efficiency and strategic alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization-wide forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with the annual operating plan.
  • Conduct product costing analysis to provide insights into business performance.
  • Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards to enhance financial visibility and drive decision-making.
  • Perform financial modeling to support critical investment choices and corporate strategies.
  • Prepare and review annual budgets and forecasts for various departments, analyzing performance against established targets.
  • Oversee budget management and track the organization’s financial activities.
  • Enhance the monthly management reporting framework to effectively measure and analyze financial outcomes, including the development of relevant KPIs.
  • Direct strategic analyses and cross-functional initiatives involving diverse teams across the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive data and reports to executive leadership for evaluating financial plans and commitments.
  • Coordinate with accounting to ensure effective integration of financial reporting and planning.
  • Play a crucial role in long-term forecasting and planning, ensuring accuracy and feasibility through detailed modeling and analysis.
  • Update and manage the financial plan, collaborating with stakeholders to incorporate key inputs and adjustments.
  • Develop dashboards using BI tools to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Engage in due diligence processes and collaborate with internal teams to identify effective solutions.
  • Timely produce all operational and support requests, including ad-hoc reports under tight deadlines.
  • Conduct strategic financial analyses such as ROI and sensitivity analysis to assess new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to provide ad hoc business-related analyses.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
  • Strong grasp of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail.
  • Proven capability to communicate complex financial data clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly preferred.
