Key Responsibilities:
1.) Oversee the entirety of financial operations and accounting functions for the organization.
2.) Guarantee precise and timely financial reporting, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3.) Direct the preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts.
4.) Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
5.) Monitor and evaluate financial data to identify trends and propose enhancements.
6.) Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
7.) Develop and uphold financial policies and procedures.
8.) Collaborate closely with various departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
9.) Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
Must-Have Skills:
1.) Extensive years of accounting experience.
2.) A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
3.) Experience within the construction sector.
4.) Proficiency in ERP implementation.
5.) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
6.) Availability to work onsite full-time.

Preferred Skills:
1.) CPA or CPA Candidate.
2.) Knowledge of Dayforce or MSD365.
3.) Familiarity with LEAN methodologies.
