Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient appointments by scheduling clinical availability and preparing necessary procedure preparations.
- Collect and verify patient demographic, insurance, and medical history information.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of experience in medical appointment scheduling.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate: $17-18/hr.
