Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist - RN

General Physician, P.C. is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist - RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist providers with the administration of patient care, including medication management and triage.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Perform telephone triage and assess patient needs to provide timely and appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Applicable NY State license and two-year degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize computer programs.
