Job Description

The Human Resources Workforce Support Specialist will provide critical HR support to employees and leaders across various sites and functions in the US. This role will be responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as providing guidance on employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional employee relations support, including conflict resolution and case management.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure timely and comprehensive resolution of employee inquiries and issues.
  • Support employees and managers with HR-related activities, such as promotions, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, complaints, and customer service.
  • Liaise with HR leadership to review and improve policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Coach employees and leaders on HR processes, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned sites and groups.
  • Master our digital toolset, including ServiceNow, to resolve regional employee relations issues.
  • Support key projects focused on process development and enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • At least one to four years of related experience required.
  • Occasional travel to various manufacturing sites across the US.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases, knowing when to reach out for support and escalate as needed.
  • Ability to successfully use digital case management and workflow management tools.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, functional leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to compile, research, and analyze information.
  • Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.
