As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within PNC's Consumer Support - Loss Mitigation division, you will operate remotely within the Central or Eastern time zones.

Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am EST - 6:00 pm EST
Friday: 10:00 am EST - 7:00 pm EST

This is a remote role. Work can be conducted from a quiet, confidential space in a home location approved by PNC.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engages with customers from the initial hardship inquiry through to the resolution of delinquency or liquidation. Utilizes all facets of default and core servicing to enhance the borrower experience throughout the default journey.
  • Interacts with clients, both verbally and in writing, who require hardship assistance. Provides guidance on payment obligations.
  • Collaborates with default and core servicing teams to collect information, gather necessary documentation, and strive to resolve or avert deficiencies. Ensures qualification steps are completed.
  • Monitors assigned work queues and workflows to meet objectives. Utilizes online systems to accurately document customer account details and maintain contact with clients.
  • Maintains and enhances knowledge of the current regulatory and compliance landscape. Adheres to all policies and procedures consistently.

Compensation Transparency

Base Salary: $28, $55,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
