Position Overview:

Are you prepared to embark on a rewarding journey and evolve into a proficient maintenance supervisor? As a Maintenance Operations Trainee at our esteemed organization, you will be deeply engaged in our fleet management and maintenance protocols. This role offers you a structured and accelerated hands-on training experience designed to equip you with essential skills, including knowledge of vehicle components and maintenance technologies. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a capable Maintenance Supervisor within our company.

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our maintenance procedures.
  • Strive to surpass customer expectations.
  • Ensure facility management, maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with your supervisor to acquire new competencies.
  • Participate in all seven rotational experiences: Introduction to Operations, Customer Relations, Technology Oversight, Rental Services, Technician Engagement, Parts Management, and Service Department Leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Desire and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in team leadership within a metrics-driven setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
  • Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and delivers results.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to company systems and processes.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with the capability to obtain a CDL.
  • Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications (preferred).
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is a critical aspect of the role.
  • Willingness to work multiple shifts as required during rotations.
  • Compliance with specific instructions, guidelines, and safety regulations is essential.
  • Ability to perform all tasks in accordance with safety and maintenance policies.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and adhere to the required schedule.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Regular use of hands for grasping, reaching, and operating tools or controls.
  • Capability to work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
  • Able to work in various weather conditions.
  • Must possess the ability to see and hear to navigate the work environment safely.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
