Join Our Team as a Fleet Maintenance Technician:

We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections, repairs, and maintenance on diesel trucks and equipment, ranging from light-duty vehicles to Class 8 trucks.
  • Perform repairs and upkeep on all ground-engaging machinery.
  • Execute incidental welding tasks as required on various equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records for all machinery, including service logs, parts usage, repair expenses, service timelines, and inspection reports.
  • Handle 8-10 repair orders daily, focusing on routine maintenance and oil changes for the fleet.
  • Carry out 90-day BIT inspections on all equipment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience.
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working in various weather conditions, including adverse weather.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift, climb, and carry ladders weighing up to 80 lbs.
