Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling for events, sponsorships, and tradeshows
  • Manage event lifecycle from start to finish, including research, sourcing, and negotiation
  • Work closely with sales and field teams on event training and support
  • Organize post-event reporting and data analysis
  • Travel to various corporate locations and promotional events
  • Create and distribute marketing collateral, support documents, and displays
  • Oversee inventory management of promotional items and giveaways
  • Support brand management and message development
  • Assist with marketing calendar and dashboard management
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Energetic and people-oriented with an outgoing personality
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Relevant experience in marketing, communication, and/or digital media
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours and travel in-state and out-of-state
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media strategies
