The Parvin Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting and hosting all guests, coordinating front-desk activities, and distributing general corporate employee correspondence and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Prepare for office meetings, including printing handouts, presentations, and other resources.
- Facilities Management: Maintain the shared breakroom and supply areas, ordering and restocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing, and hosting guests.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Assist with onboarding tasks such as ordering access cards, parking passes, booking welcome luncheons, and distributing supplies.
- Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning and execution of office events, parties, and retreats.
- Communication: Oversee general inquiry telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Administrative and clerical experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment, experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Wednesday, 9am-4pm, at our downtown office. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
