Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to support our project site in a division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, facilities management, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office administration, including data entry, invoice reconciliation, and purchase order processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and external partners to resolve invoicing and payment inquiries.
  • Enter equipment time and usage entries into company tracking programs.
  • Support daily office administration and employee inquiries, working closely with human resources and payroll.
  • Coordinate asset distribution and tracking for assigned employee groups or projects.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction industry and project business procedures.
  • Developing knowledge of subcontractor invoicing and accounts payable cost coding.
  • Ability to work in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance requirements preferred.
