Project Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to support our project site in a division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, facilities management, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, including data entry, invoice reconciliation, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and external partners to resolve invoicing and payment inquiries.
- Enter equipment time and usage entries into company tracking programs.
- Support daily office administration and employee inquiries, working closely with human resources and payroll.
- Coordinate asset distribution and tracking for assigned employee groups or projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
- Advanced knowledge of construction industry and project business procedures.
- Developing knowledge of subcontractor invoicing and accounts payable cost coding.
- Ability to work in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
