About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Cities team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and marketing, with a focus on the arts and culture industry. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for clients, managing client relationships, and leading a team of communications specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clients in the arts and culture industry
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Lead a team of communications specialists and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry leaders
