We're a fast-growing, award-winning creative team seeking a self-motivated and deadline-oriented Creative Director, Art to support our creative teams through day-to-day account assignments on our marquee global accounts.

As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in shaping, sharing, and fueling culture through storytelling. We offer a highly collaborative environment where smart and passionate people come together to solve creative communications challenges.

This position is full time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and motivate internal design & creative teams to think differently and elevate their work
  • Develop concepts that connect with culture and drive results
  • Lead and champion big ideas that drive business growth
  • Execute creative and brand vision for our clients and the Day One brand
  • Shape and develop cohesive narratives that maximize quality
  • Ideate and develop breakthrough concepts that set the standard for the team
  • Bring a solution-oriented approach to every challenge
  • Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Review and refine briefs, project plans, and staffing across projects
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results
Requirements:
  • 8+ Years of design experience in art direction/design
  • Proven track record of successfully leading creative projects from ideation to execution
  • Comfort working cross-discipline and adapting to changing priorities
  • Driven by the creative landscape of social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Comfortable with complex assignments and collaborating within a diverse team
  • Visually led skill set with the ability to oversee ideation and presentations
  • Experience project managing deliverables and organizing resources
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a style that inspires
  • Bachelor's degree
