Your Role

As an Account Coordinator at Convelio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of art logistics. You will support our account management team with all aspects of art shipping and client management, suitable for a new graduate or early career candidate.

This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in art operations with the path to an account manager position. You will work closely and collaboratively with our account management and overseas logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote clients for international and domestic shipments.
  • Book new shipments into our system for established clients in the art and design industry.
  • Book, schedule, and monitor our courier shipments with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform while troubleshooting and removing roadblocks.
  • Support international customs clearance via ITN generation.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements within the account management team.
Requirements
  • You are a recent graduate or early career, looking to jumpstart a career in art and design operations.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are well organized and disciplined in daily activity planning and know how best to prioritize.
  • You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, and hands-on with a strong work ethic.
  • You enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment.
  • You are an excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies.
