Job Requirements:
  • Licensed and registered as a RN in New York State.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Nursing and Case Management, with two years of supervisory experience.
  • Case Management certification required within two years of employment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions. The estimated salary for this position is $155,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and more.
