Job Description

We are seeking a talented Director of Hospice Medical Affairs to oversee the medical component of our hospice programs, focusing on operational excellence, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and advancing our mission to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of our hospice programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
  • Lead initiatives to improve clinical outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance patient satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff members
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Medical College with a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
  • Completion of post-graduate internship and residency required
  • At least 5 years of experience in hospice care, including leadership responsibilities
  • Able to obtain staff privileges at participating healthcare facilities
