ACCOUNT MANAGER EXEMPT:

SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is tasked with ensuring that all landscape projects are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves close collaboration with Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians to swiftly resolve any issues that may arise. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the Account Manager is pivotal in guiding the property towards its goals.

ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS:
  • Manage maintenance accounts, address service requests, and conduct site evaluations with clients and Mission management.
  • Oversee Crew Supervisors, Staff, and Irrigation Technicians to guarantee that maintenance activities are executed according to established specifications.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in account management.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in English is required; bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
REASONING ABILITY:
  • Capable of applying logical reasoning to address challenges.
CERTIFICATES:
  • Valid California driver's license and Pest Control Applicator's License.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and performing other tasks as necessary for the role.
