Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join our team at RE1313, a reputable provider of small bay industrial and retail commercial real estate on the Front Range.

This is a full-time, on-site role that involves providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, commercial property management, and tenant relations, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and maintain accurate records
  • Update property listings on commercial real estate listing services
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and organizing tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants and vendors

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or commercial property management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience with commercial real estate listing services is a plus
