Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Financial Manager for a prestigious family office managing the financial affairs of high net worth individuals and families. As a Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions.
  • Bookkeeping Tasks: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, and ensure timely payment of bills and collection of debts.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for review by senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certification: CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within a family office or high net worth environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms; strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices; excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
