Job Summary

Graham Windham is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to oversee the timely preparation and collection of diverse claims to private funders, government agencies, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and contract management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and Contract Management: Supervise the accurate and timely monthly billing submission process, including general ledger entries, for Graham's grant programs.
  • Claims Tracking: Maintain a monthly tracking schedule for all claims and identify and resolve any claiming issues in a timely manner.
  • Collections: Oversee, record, and ensure optimal collections for all claims billed by the team.
  • Regulatory Functions: Prepare billing and collection schedules and support documentation for external and CPA audits, and adhere to all funding and accreditation guidelines.
  • Special Projects: Supervise Graham's NYC Special Billings for Family Foster care programs and carry out selected short and long-term special project assignments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of government or non-profit industry-related billing and contract management experience.
  • BA/BS degree and excellent spreadsheet and database skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships and work well with teams and individuals.
  • Proficiency in English: written and spoken.
