Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliations and analysis of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver high-quality workpapers and schedules for internal and external reporting.
  • Assist with audits, preparing audit schedules and managing deliverables.
  • Support tax filing and government reporting, maintaining organized recording systems.
  • Complete ad hoc reports and projects as requested, engaging in special initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in grant accounting.
  • Expertise in government billings and budget-to-actual analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAGE Intacct.
  • Salary up to $85,000 depending on experience level.
