Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vending Equipment Installer to join our team at Brinton Business Ventures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our vending equipment at various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and troubleshoot vending equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Use hand tools to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment in the field.
  • Travel to customer locations in our company vehicle, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless installation and uninstallation of equipment at customer locations, as guided by your manager.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of equipment and service parts, documenting all findings and actions taken.
  • Document all work performed, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Maintain and order inventory replenishments as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing downtime.
  • Responsible for regular vehicle maintenance, adhering to company standards and schedules.
  • Provide training and support to customers and sales teams on the proper operation and maintenance of beverage equipment and vending equipment accessories.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a strong understanding of vending equipment systems.
  • Ability to provide consistent and professional service to valued customers, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Self-motivated and able to establish an effective and efficient routine, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Knowledge of beverage brewing systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Forklift experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a strong emphasis on safety and ergonomics.
