Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Client Experiences: Build relationships with clients, perform timely repairs and installations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support Burkhart's Profitability: Complete all service orders at the time of service, review work performed and parts used with clients, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Complete Repairs and Installations: Troubleshoot and repair dental equipment, lead installation teams, and ensure on-time project completion.
  • Work Safely: Maintain a safe work environment, use personal protective equipment, and follow safe jobsite rules.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with internal and external customers regarding assignment progress, and provide timely and polite responses to client inquiries.
  • Follow Policies and Procedures: Comply with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy, including safe driving, maintenance, cleanliness, and accident management policies.
  • Maintain Preparedness: Maintain van inventory levels, keep tools in good working order, and demonstrate exceptional levels of organization.
  • Demonstrate Professional Development: Attend trainings and meetings, proactively seek assistance, and demonstrate competency in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Customer Service Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Technician Experience: 3+ years of experience in repairing and installing dental equipment.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel by car and airplane to client offices, meetings, trainings, and events as assigned.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required, with a good driving record and ability to maintain insurance at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vocational Training: Training in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or military technical training.
  • Project Lead Experience: Experience leading projects and teams.
  • Dental Experience: Experience working in the dental industry.
