Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support the smooth operation of our senior services office.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior services or healthcare setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and understanding demeanor when working with seniors.
