Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our client's team in Shreveport, LA. This role involves providing administrative support, managing social media platforms, and assisting with marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist the Project Manager and staff with various tasks, including marketing materials and clerical duties.
  • Create and organize marketing content, make copies, and handle graphics.
  • Support day-to-day office operations with a focus on clerical tasks.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
  • 1+ year of experience managing social media and marketing platforms.
  • Strong clerical skills, including phone handling, data entry, and filing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rate: $16.00 - $21.00/hour based on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule.
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's marketing efforts.
