Job Overview

Stratfield Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Program Enablement Lead to provide expert services related to our Client's Global Human Resource Information System (HRIS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS portfolio management and will be responsible for developing tools and processes to support experience and enablement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Tools: Create and manage tools to track and manage Experience and Enablement activities across the HRIS portfolio, including a Smartsheet dashboard.
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Collaboration: Conduct portfolio-wide stakeholder analysis and collaborate with Product Managers and Change Leads to identify awareness channels among HRIS stakeholders.
  • Program Governance and Communication: Support the development of program-level governance processes in the Communications and Training space in partnership with Communications and Education Leads.
  • Project Communication and Strategy: Assist with established project communication plans and processes, acting as a thought partner to refine and strategize future rollouts.
  • Additional Services: Perform other services inherent in the performance of Portfolio Enablement Services as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • HRIS Portfolio Management Expertise: 5 years of experience in HRIS portfolio management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Smartsheet and/or Excel.
  • Analytical, Communication, and Project Management Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are helpful.
