Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager About the Role: Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join its Atlanta, GA location. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing sales support by creating high-quality sales enablement materials, ensuring proposal content is clear and articulate, and contributing to a sales culture that celebrates success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate content to translate product write-ups from Product Management into compelling sales messaging
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on GTM and Sales readiness efforts as product enhancements or launches approach
  • Identify potential customer references or Whitepaper 'leads' through direct collaboration with the sales team
  • Drive a culture that celebrates sales successes by highlighting (internally) sales wins and calling out best practices
  • Optimize quality of sales development training material (product and processes)
  • Assist with onboarding new sales reps (globally)
  • Coordinate and host recurring sales trainings leveraging product and presales experts to develop the sales teams ability to identify opportunities and accurately scope the solution match
  • Project manage various sales operations initiatives as requested (such as process improvement)
Requirements:
  • Marketing, Product Marketing or Sales enablement experience
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
  • Strong writing skills, experience in a content-heavy role
  • Understanding of relevant market trends, technical products, and solutions
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously with a track record of project completion
  • 5-7 years experience with Sales Enablement or Product Marketing
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
