Sales Enablement Manager

- Develop and coordinate content to translate product write-ups from Product Management into compelling sales messaging
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on GTM and Sales readiness efforts as product enhancements or launches approach
- Identify potential customer references or Whitepaper 'leads' through direct collaboration with the sales team
- Drive a culture that celebrates sales successes by highlighting (internally) sales wins and calling out best practices
- Optimize quality of sales development training material (product and processes)
- Assist with onboarding new sales reps (globally)
- Coordinate and host recurring sales trainings leveraging product and presales experts to develop the sales teams ability to identify opportunities and accurately scope the solution match
- Project manage various sales operations initiatives as requested (such as process improvement)
- Marketing, Product Marketing or Sales enablement experience
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
- Strong writing skills, experience in a content-heavy role
- Understanding of relevant market trends, technical products, and solutions
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously with a track record of project completion
- 5-7 years experience with Sales Enablement or Product Marketing
- Undergraduate degree preferred
