The role of Associate Manager, Omni Enablement L&D is responsible for advancing omni capabilities in partnership with internal segment functional partners across CS&P, Sales, eCommerce, Brand, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy and maintain eControl program, ensuring seamless marketplace management and monthly reporting on progress.
- Execute monthly eControl quality control buys for L&D, ensuring optimal results.
- Own deployment and maintenance of Retail Arbitrage Equilibrium (RAE), driving equilibrium in the retail market.
- Manage PriceSpider dashboard for L&D, providing real-time insights into digital shelf and content performance.
- Embed digital shelf syndication and content health tracking for segment priority customers, serving as a digital shelf expert to sales, brand, and CS&P teams.
- Aggregate segment-specific customer content insights from digital merchandisers and educate segment brand teams, driving informed decision-making.
- Integrate brand management into test and learn capability facilitated by COE Omni Enablement, Alternate Fulfillment (Dropship):
- Deploy Client Dropship principles in segment selection and drive upstream SIOC opportunities with brand.
- Lead Bi-Annual dropship portfolio evaluation and serve as alternate fulfillment expert to CS&P.
- Own segment input to monthly dropship operating review, ensuring seamless execution.
- Partner with CS&P in advancing, maintaining, and keeping sales accountable to annual curated assortment updates.
- Bachelor's Degree; required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience with a CPG or durable company, ideally in channel management, brand management, eCommerce, insights, or sales, preferably with retail/mass channel.
- Experience using Syndicated POS and Panel data to support critical analysis.
- Understanding of a matrixed organization with demonstrated ability to partner with multiple teams to achieve results.
- US retail customer knowledge.
- Ability to effectively manage change.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
