Account Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Representative to join our sales team at Seekup Strategies in Tampa, FL. As an Account Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will be to build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services. This will involve conducting consultative conversations with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, as well as providing tailored solutions to address these issues.
You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as attending training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely well organized, with great attention to detail
- Customer and results-oriented
- An excellent collaborator with a can-do mindset
- Strong active listening and questioning skills
