We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for increasing market share and sales volume while maintaining company-approved product margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly sales calls to service existing customers and expand the account base through cold calling
  • Prepare weekly 'Sales' and 'Call' reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop a monthly strategy for sales calls and prepare a travel calendar based on that strategy
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or some college education preferred; computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email required
  • 4 years of prior selling experience; prior customer service experience a plus
Competencies:
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under little or no supervision
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
