Job Title: National Account Executive

The National Account Executive will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of customer relationships, contributing to volume, profit, and share growth by driving distribution and availability of key Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Publix, including buyers, supply chain partners, and regional leadership.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each business area we represent.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Publix.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze account performance, sales metrics, and market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of account plans.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both Keurig Dr Pepper and the client.
  • Promotional Management: Oversee the planning, development, forecasting, and execution of promotional processes.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and leverage customer feedback, internal, syndicated, and point-of-sale (POS) data to drive product innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: From an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in CPG sales or sales support in National Accounts.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office products, strong financial and economic acumen, and experience in managing account trade budgets.
