About the Role

Hach is a leading provider of water quality solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Director of Solutions Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through strategic partnerships, content creation, and sales enablement.
  • Curate customer stories and testimonials to showcase the value of our solutions and enhance our brand credibility.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to target key customer segments and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of sales enablement materials, including content, campaigns, and tools, to empower our sales teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform our marketing strategies and ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B product and service marketing, with a track record of driving business growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
